Senators Recommend Instituting Committee to Investigate Wartime Contracting
Last
week, Senators Jim Webb (D-VA) and Claire McCaskill (D-MO) re-filed an
amendment to the Defense Authorization Bill to establish an independent,
bipartisan Commission on Wartime Contracting which would investigate government
waste and fraud. GAP sent a
letter of support for the amendment.
GAP supporters are encouraged to contact the Senate Leadership and request that
the “Webb-McCaskill amendment be given an up-or-down vote on the Senate floor.”
The number for Majority Leader Harry Reid is 202.224.5556. Thank you.

From the Courages, Brave and Brilliant work from GAP, NWC and POGO and this Democratic Policy Committee and their highly Courages, Brave and beneficial brilliant expertise and Testimony at their public Hearing on 9/21/2007 at and within the/our US Senate building office.
Also, hopefully this will allow for a review and resolve to the Sabersky v DOJ #00-3446 and #02-3254 and for the Sabersky Plan working group.
Thank you and all for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Axel
