Yesterday,
the White
House decided to remove Special Counsel Scott Bloch. And GAP is pretty
happy about it. From the Washington Post:
The
OSC is supposed to be a haven for federal whistleblowers and disgruntled
employees. But the tables turned under Bloch, who previously worked at the
Justice Department's Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
Bloch
came under fire shortly after joining the whistleblower unit in 2004. Employees
claimed that he engaged in political bias and improperly handled scores of
cases. By his own account, White House officials twice had asked him to resign,
but he refused.
Said
GAP Legal Director Tom Devine: “Mr. Bloch had the same impact as Special
Counsel that President Bush has had as President – utter disaster.”
GAP
has been a persistent critic of Bloch during his tenure at the Office of
Special Counsel. To read GAP’s detailed testimony on this issue from a July 12,
2007 oversight hearing on the office, click here.

Dear Readers, 10/24/2008
Dear GAP,
Please note that if I recall correctly and from memory, that Mr. William E. Reukauf, the new OSC Chief and the highly praised Former OSC Chief ELAINE KAPLAN and DIRECTLY did not to this date give my FEDCIR//MSPB//DOJ//INS Case Files FEDCIR Dockets #00-3446 and #02-3254 the proper support and as required by Law and that would be presumed and expected by a reasonable person.
As POGO and Mr. Devine at GAP and Mr. Stephen M. Kohn should well know and is confirmed in the 11/2003 US SENATE GOOD GOVERNMENT AND ETHICS COMMITTEE HEARING where Ms. Elaine Kaplan, (Resigned) OSC, Office of Special Council Chief, Mr. Devine the GAP, Government Accountability Project Representative Testified and Mr. Kohn of the National Whistleblower Center Testified in 11/2003 in support of this current FEDERAL EMPLOYEE WHISTLEBLOWER RESTORATION PROTECTION ACT 2008 and specifically used and submitted my case file FEDCIR Docket #02-3254.
As I assume you may well imagine, I continue to hope that I will recieve the additional and initial support that may be required and as I have previously mentioned and begged for many years ago and to include an Amicus Brief and/or any legal and lawful application including Dispute resolution to have the mandate against me and my case file(s) removed and overturned and especially that they not continue to be used as a unlawful and illegal legal application(s) against other litigants and as decsribed as precedent for many years in the Merit System Protection Board Federal Judges Handbook and within my continued endeavors to have these unlawful and illegal legal applications to be removed and overturned and for the complete relief that I am entitled to receive and on my behalf.
Please note that it continues to be my hope and hopefully with Mr. Tom Devine and GAP's direct support and assistance and with Mr. Stephen M. Kohn and the NWC support and along with the new OSC Chief, Mr. Reukauf at the helm will give my case files FEDCIR Dockets #00-3446 and #02-3254 and myself the immediate attention and resolve and that I have clearly described in the above paragraph, especially as this would also be a clear and unmistakable extraordinary and imperative opportunity and for the OSC to clear for review and consideration a proper and forthright resolve for the many decades of prior known and unknown cases in their trust to receive a proper and forthright resolve within the proper and forthright adjudication regard and respect that would be expected from a reasonable person and in a truthful compliance and endeavor within our Democracy, US Constitution, US Bill of Rights and within our continued hopes and endeavors towards Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness for all and with the best possible respect and regard for God, Man and Country and which I have been clear, unmistakeable and consistent in my recent years of my blog comment replies on the GAP, POGO and NWC Websites and in my verbal and written communication with the OSC, Mr. Reukauf, Ms. Kaplan and et all.
Thank you and all for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Axel
