Just
launched in mid-February from Red Hen Press, Michael B. Neff’s novel, Year
of the Rhinoceros, is about whistleblowers fighting the corporate
officers of the Reagan administration in 1984. Neff worked with GAP to
research the subject of whistleblowers, and more specifically, the Office of
Special Counsel – the oft-controversial government agency that is charged with
protecting federal whistleblowers. Half of all royalties from the sale of
